We provide a collegial working environment for energetic people.   Responsibilities vary with the job in question but will primarily include preparation and prosecution of patent applications or negotiation and drafting of IT and IP contracts.  Employees may also have opportunities to do e-commerce and privacy counseling, trademark prosecution, and pre-trial counseling and opinion work.

Our Los Angeles office is located in Century City within a few miles of the beaches of Santa Monica.  Our San Francisco office is downtown, in the heart of the financial district.  Finally, our Mountain View office is mid-peninsula, in the Silicon Valley, within a few miles of many of our clients.

For patent prosecution positions, the firm is interested in candidates with more than 1 year of prosecution experience, and for degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, or physics.
